Terms and Conditions for Huddle

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Huddle mobile application ("App") operated by Open Solutions Group ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Huddle is a family organization and lifestyle application providing tools for shared calendars, task management, household budgeting, meal planning, and wellness tracking.

2. Eligibility

By using Huddle, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the App under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

Huddle is NOT a medical device.

  • Informational Purposes Only: Any health-related features, including but not limited to fitness tracking, meal planning, and menstrual cycle tracking, are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult a Professional: You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition. Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

  • Assumption of Risk: You rely on any information provided by the App solely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts & Family Groups

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and family join codes.

  • Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • Family Content: You are solely responsible for the content (tasks, events, images, logs) shared within your family group.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any local or international laws.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App’s infrastructure.

  • Input or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the privacy of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including the Huddle name, logo (the "Petal Heart"), and original code, are the exclusive property of Open Solutions Group. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Premium features are billed through the Google Play Store.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.

  • Refunds: All refund requests are handled according to the Google Play Store’s refund policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Solutions Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or inaccuracies in wellness tracking.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
